The policy covers Unlimited Repairs and Replacements. If we are unable to repair the device, we will replace it. For example, if Johnny accidentally damages the device 10 times during the policy term of 1-year or 5 Years, we will repair it 10 times or replace it 10 times if it cannot be repaired.

Q: How many years of Coverage can be purchased for New, Used & Refurbished Devices?
An insurance policy can be purchased for New devices for 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 Years. If insurance is purchased for 1 Year, the customer may renew every year until the customer feels the device has reached the end of its life.
For Used & Refurbished Devices, an insurance policy can be purchased for 1, 2, 3, or 4 years. If insurance is purchased for 1 Year, the customer may renew every year until the customer feels the device has reached the end of its life.
