For new or refurbished iPhones or Smartphones, you will be required to provide store receipt for purchase of phone. If you are transferring coverage from your wireless carrier, proof of insurance coverage is required and you can select Condition New. For Used iPhones purchased from eBay, Amazon that are fully functional with no defects, you can purchase coverage and provide proof of receipt of purchase. If you have a phone that is more than 30 days old you can still purchase coverage as long as you install our registration app on the device you wish to cover and complete registration successfully through our App. Our registration App will verify your device to insure its fully functional with no damage and capture the device serial number and IMEI and attach it to the plan you purchased.
You may buy our warranty online or through one of our authorized partners or resellers.
A store receipt for the item you have purchased our protection plan for is typically required. The store receipt must clearly display the item purchase date, price paid & store name. After purchasing our protection plan, we recommend you upload your proof of purchase to your account and allow us to store it for you. This will allow for a hassle-free claims process.
We do auto renew plans for Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops and certain other items. You may log in to your account and click on the plan to view if your plan may renew automatically. You may cancel the auto renew option by simply logging into your account.
We only provide protection plans for mobile devices or other items that come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty and made for the U.S. market.
Log into your account and navigate to the Policies tile on your dashboard. Select the File A Claim option next to your policy.
When you file a claim, if a deductible is applicable, you will be prompted to pay the applicable deductible with a credit card. However, your credit card is only charged if your claim is approved.
Proof of purchase , store receipt for purchase of your item, is typically required to purchase our plans and to file a claim.
Yes, you are covered for loss even when you are travelling internationally. We do not cover international shipping, however, once you file a claim, you may be authorized to have your item repaired locally and submit an invoice for reimbursement. You may also choose to have your item repaired upon return.
