We typically ship device using UPS or FedEx and sometimes USPS. For address with P.O. Box we typically ship via USPS. You can click on the specific claim to view the shipping & tracking details including reprinting your shipping label to ship the claim device to our repair depot.
You will receive a shipping label to return the claim device soon as your claim is approved via email as an attachment. You may also reprint the label. Go to www.securranty.com > Click My Account > Claims > View Claim > Shipping & Tracking > Click Reprint (Postage to Depot).
If we provided you a replacement device in advance, you must return the claim device promptly so it is received at our depot within 10 days of claim date. Failure to do so may result in a device replacement fee to your account.
We provide a SIM card with replacements sent for lost & stolen claims. You may also obtain a SIM Card from your wireless provider store typically free of charge.
