You will receive some of the same benefits as the enterprise customer. However, the enterprise customer receives discounted pricing and services due to the requirements of a large deployment.

With AppleCare+ you pay $129 for 2 years. You are allowed 2 claims over a 2 year period. There’s a deductible of $99 and AppleCare+ does not cover Lost & Theft. Comparatively, Enterprise customers with Securranty pay a low monthly per device with Zero Deductibles, unlimited claims that covers failure, Damage, Lost & Theft or Enterprise customers can choose The Essential Plan for even a lower monthly fee without Lost & Theft.

On the pricing page you can simply sign up to open an account. Once you have opened the account you can purchase coverage for devices individually or in bulk. If you require assistance please do not hesitate to contact us and we can walk you through the entire process. Enterprise customer? We do offer technical support to all our customers at no extra charge. Enterprise customers have the option for Level 2 and Level 3 support.
We typically ship device using UPS or FedEx and sometimes USPS. For address with P.O. Box we typically ship via USPS. You can click on the specific claim to view the shipping & tracking details including reprinting your shipping label to ship the claim device to our repair depot.
You will receive a shipping label to return the claim device soon as your claim is approved via email as an attachment. You may also reprint the label. Go to > Click My Account > Claims > View Claim > Shipping & Tracking > Click Reprint (Postage to Depot).
If we provided you a replacement device in advance, you must return the claim device promptly so it is received at our depot within 10 days of claim date. Failure to do so may result in a device replacement fee to your account.
We provide a SIM card with replacements sent for lost & stolen claims. You may also obtain a SIM Card from your wireless provider store typically free of charge.
