The policy covers Unlimited Repairs and Replacements. If we are unable to repair the device, we will replace it. For example, if Johnny accidentally damages the device 10 times during the policy term of 1-year or 5 Years, we will repair it 10 times or replace it 10 times if it cannot be repaired.

Whether you are purchasing a group policy paid for by the school or a group policy that will be individually purchased by each student/parent, we assure you will receive the best pricing, program, and solution. An insurance policy can be purchased for New devices for 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 Years. If insurance is purchased for 1 Year, the customer may renew every year until the customer feels the device has reached the end of its life.

For Used & Refurbished Devices, an insurance policy can be purchased for 1, 2, 3, or 4 years. If insurance is purchased for 1 Year, the customer may renew every year until the customer feels the device has reached the end of its life.
Securranty insurance policy covers unlimited repairs and replacement claims for Apple iPads & MacBooks with an option for $0 Deductible, comprehensive coverage including loss, theft, flood, fire, and vandalism, and the option to insure new and used devices for 1 to 5-Years after the policy term. How To File a Claim & Depot Service

Securranty pays for postage to and from our repair facilities, including free shipping supplies and onsite pick up with UPS, FedEx, and USPS with just a couple of clicks. Securranty repairs your devices with 5 business days. If we can’t repair it, we will replace it with same exact model, issue an alternate replacement of your choice or issue a reimbursement check. Self-Repair Option

Are you a K-12 school or Higher Ed with trained students or staff to repair devices? A perfect solution for K-12 & Higher Ed participating in Google's Chromebook Self-Repair program or a Self-Maintainer school with trained students or staff to repair devices? You can choose to sign up for our Self-Repair option and Securranty will ship parts for repair and pay $15 for each repair, which can add up to $60/hour. Every time you file a claim, you can choose to self-repair or ship the device to our repair depot.

Onsite Tech Dispatch

Are you currently partnered with an OEM authorized service provider or a local computer repair facility? Your school, college or university can continue to use the same service provider for repair of devices and Securranty will pay the service provider for all repairs, or you can ship the devices to our repair facility.
