Q: Where can I purchase a Securranty warranty?

You may buy our warranty online or through one of our authorized partners or resellers.

Q: What documentation do I need to purchase a plan?

A store receipt for the item you have purchased our protection plan for is typically required. The store receipt must clearly display the item purchase date, price paid & store name. After purchasing our protection plan, we recommend you upload your proof of purchase to your account and allow us to store it for you. This will allow for a hassle-free claims process.

Q: Will the protection plan or extended warranty renew automatically?

We do auto renew plans for Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops and certain other items. You may log in to your account and click on the plan to view if your plan may renew automatically. You may cancel the auto renew option by simply logging into your account.

Q: Can I purchase a warranty protection plan for an international device without a manufacturer’s warranty in the U.S.?

We only provide protection plans for mobile devices or other items that come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty and made for the U.S. market.

Q: How do I file a claim?

Log into your account and navigate to the Policies tile on your dashboard. Select the File A Claim option next to your policy.

Q: What documentation do I need to file a claim?

Proof of purchase , store receipt for purchase of your item, is typically required to purchase our plans and to file a claim.

Q: Does Securranty provide worldwide coverage?

Yes, you are covered for loss even when you are travelling internationally. We do not cover international shipping, however, once you file a claim, you may be authorized to have your item repaired locally and submit an invoice for reimbursement. You may also choose to have your item repaired upon return.
