Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month and sent electronically to the contact designated in your company profile. Your billing terms are based upon your individual company Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Deductibles are charged at the time the claim is approved, are invoiced via the payment method for your account and the terms are based on your individual company SLA.
