Same Day Service (Carry-In Service): Typically for Smart Phones and iPads. If you request Same Day Service option, when available, we will authorize repair of your item at any local repair store including Apple Genius Bar, Samsung Authorized Store or any local repair store, worldwide.

Depot Service (Mail-In Service): Offers 2-Way free shipping to and from our depot for items such as phones, tablets, laptops and other small electronics. We repair and ship for overnight delivery for Smartphone’s and tablets. Other items are delivered 2 day shipping. We warranty all repair work performed by our certified technicians at our depot, including parts & labor, for 1 full year.

Onsite Service (Technician Dispatched): We dispatch a technician to repair your item onsite at your location home or business. When available, this option provides service for Smart Phones, iPads and other large items such as Televisions.

Next Business Day: For certain items such as Smart phones and iPads, Next Business Day service level provides an Advanced Exchange replacement shipped for Overnight delivery with Pre-Paid return shipping label for you to return the claim device. This option offered when available and may require a deposit hold on your credit card for up to replacement cost.

2nd Business Day: For certain items such as Smart phones & iPads, 2 Business Day service level provides 2-day air or ground shipping with an Advanced Exchange Replacement shipped with Pre-Paid return shipping label for you to return the claim device. Available, when offered and selected. This option offered when available and may require a deposit hold on your credit card for up to replacement cost.

New: Item purchased in the last 30 days and comes with a minimum 1-Year manufacturer warranty. 

Refurbished: Item purchased in the last 30 days and typically comes with a 30 - 90 days of warranty.

Used: Device purchased more than 30 days ago or a device that was purchased as a “Used” device from online stores such as eBay, Amazon and others. Must be fully functional with no pre-existing failure or damage.

Extended Warranty:  Covers internal Mechanical & Electrical Failure  malfunction such as hard drive failure, Wi-Fi, camera, device not powering on, battery not charging and more. Typically the first year is covered by the manufacturer.

Accidental Damage from Handling:  Accidental Damage coverage when offered and purchased, Covers accidental drops, cracks, liquid spills and full immersion from handling and use of a device. This coverage may not be available or offered for all products and plans.

Lost (Mysterious Disappearance):  Lost item coverage when offered and purchased, provides coverage when item is lost or its whereabouts unknown and the user is unable to locate. Lost coverage is typically only offered for Phones & Tablets. An affidavit and police report is required for this type of claim. This coverage is typically only offered to organizations such as business or educational institutions.

Theft:  Theft of item coverage, when offered and purchased, provides coverage when item is stolen. A police report is required to validate an actual theft occurred. For example, Theft coverage does not cover “Lost’ device or device left in a cab or forgotten somewhere. It also does not cover device stolen out of an unlocked vehicle or left unsecured. This coverage may not be available or offered for all products and plans.
