An Extended Warranty covers all electrical and mechanical failures that occur during normal, everyday use of your item. Some examples of covered issues include Touch Screen Failure, Wifi Failure, Bluetooth Failure, and other defects, or issues that are not a result of accidental damage, misuse or abuse.
With AppleCare+ you pay $129 for 2 years. You are allowed 2 claims over a 2 year period. There’s a deductible of $99 and AppleCare+ does not cover Lost & Theft. Comparatively, Enterprise customers with Securranty pay a low monthly per device with Zero Deductibles, unlimited claims that cover failure, Damage, Lost & Theft or Enterprise customers can choose The Essential Plan for even a lower monthly fee without Lost & Theft.
Our protection plan does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty, but provides certain additional benefits during the term of the manufacturer’s warranty. First, we'll locate the manufacturer's contact information to help you file a claim. If the manufacturer replaces or repairs your item, we'll cover the repaired or replaced item. If the manufacturer refuses to honor their warranty because they consider your item purchased from an unauthorized retailer, we'll still cover you.
