Log into your account and navigate to the Policies tile on your dashboard. Select the File A Claim option next to your policy.
Proof of purchase , store receipt for purchase of your item, is typically required to purchase our plans and to file a claim.
Once you complete your policy purchase, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to access your online account. Please remember to check your spam folder.
ADH means Accidental Damage and Handling or Accidental Damage Protection. Accidental damage coverage if offered and purchased, covers your item from accidental drops, cracks, spills and immersion.
